01 — Windows

Timber windows, manufactured to order.

Top-hung, sliding sash, side-hung and mock sash — every window is built for its exact opening, in the timber species and finish you specify. No standard sizing, no off-the-shelf compromises.

Configurations

Four ways to open.

Every window is manufactured to the opening, the light and the ventilation the room needs — not the other way around.

Top-Hung

Can be designed into almost any configuration — single, paired, or a run of several across one opening. Friction stays hold the sash securely at any angle, so it stays exactly where you leave it.

Sliding Sash

Uses a concealed counterbalance system on stainless steel cable, rather than the traditional cast-iron weights and cords — allowing double glazing in a traditional sash profile, with virtually no ongoing maintenance.

Side-Hung

Hinged along one side for a full, unobstructed opening — available single or paired, inward or outward opening.

Mock Sash

The look of a traditional sash window, with a modern side-hung or top-hung mechanism concealed in the upper pane.

In Practice

This window proves how versatile timber can be. There's a fully operable opening sash built into this unit.
